Get started with the platform for repository and extension security analysis.

Starting a Subscription​

After creating your account, select a plan and complete the Paddle checkout. When a plan includes a trial, access begins as soon as Paddle confirms the subscription as trialing; you do not need to wait for the first charge or for the trial to end. Trial access remains available until the trial is canceled, paused, or enters the same payment-failure state used for an active subscription.

The checkout page confirms the subscription automatically and redirects you to the login page. If the confirmation takes longer than expected, you can safely retry the status check without creating another subscription. If the account is already active or trialing, the page redirects without creating a new checkout authorization.

Organization administrators can cancel auto-renewal from Settings. The subscription stays active through the current billing period, and repeating the cancellation does not create another change or shorten that access period.

Logging In​

To access your account:

  1. Visit the login page — Navigate to https://app.canirunthat.com

  2. Choose your login method:

    • Email with One-Time Password (OTP):
      • Enter your email address
      • Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP)
      • Enter the OTP to sign in
    • Sign in with Google — Click the "Sign in with Google" button and authorize with your Google account
    • Sign in with Microsoft — Click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button and authorize with your Microsoft account
    • Sign in with Passkey — If you have previously added a passkey to your account, click "Sign in with Passkey" and authenticate with your fingerprint, face, or security key (see Account Security & Passkeys to set up a passkey)

  3. Access your dashboard — Once authenticated, you'll be taken to your dashboard
